Outmile keeps website storage to the minimum needed to protect the service and complete a booking.
OUR APPROACH
No optional tracking at launch
Outmile does not currently use analytics, advertising, cross-site tracking or social-media tracking cookies. When a visitor clicks Get my quote, the server records a privacy-preserving summary of the search for route planning. The site also records aggregate booking-stage counts without cookies or visitor identifiers. This is not a browser cookie or session recording: exact typed addresses, names and contact details are not added to the demand report.
Because only strictly necessary browser technologies are used, the website does not currently display an optional-cookie consent banner.
If optional analytics or marketing technologies are added later, this notice will be updated and customers will be asked for active consent before those technologies are used.

The exact names and lifetimes of security or sign-in cookies can be set by the website platform and may change when security controls are updated. They are not used by Outmile for advertising.
STRIPE CHECKOUT
Payment happens on Stripe
When a customer chooses to pay, the website redirects to Stripe's secure checkout. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies on its own pages for payment processing, fraud prevention and security under its own notices. Returning to Outmile does not give Outmile access to full card details.
CONTROLS
Your browser can clear stored data
Browsers can show, block or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent sign-in, security checks or parts of the booking flow from working correctly.
