Work back from check-in, not take-off
Use your airline's required arrival time when choosing a pickup from Darlington. Enter the complete address, including a hotel entrance or agreed meeting point where needed. Allow for traffic and time to unload luggage; the flight departure time is not the time to arrive at the airport. If you need help choosing a collection time, contact Outmile before confirming.
Agree the airport collection point
Newcastle Airport provides Express and Short Stay areas for passenger collections and drop-offs. For a return to Darlington, supply the flight number, landing date and a mobile number you can use after arrival. Confirm the meeting point with Outmile and allow time for baggage collection before arranging the pickup.
Choose space for the whole party
Include every passenger and luggage item in the quote. Newcastle's Express area has a two-metre vehicle height limit, so collection arrangements can differ for larger vehicles. Mention pushchairs, large cases or unusual equipment before booking. Your Outmile quote includes the recognised airport access allowance for the selected journey.
