Are airport charges included?
Recognised airport pickup and drop-off access allowances are included in the quote when the selected journey uses them.
Does a larger vehicle change the fare?
It can. The selected vehicle category and its uplift are included in the total shown before payment.
Can I pay only a deposit?
Where online booking is available, you can choose a 25% deposit or full payment. The checkout summary shows any protected balance.
Can the final fare be higher than agreed?
Outmile states that you pay no more than the lower of the agreed booking fare and the metered fare.
